NHS Health Education England approached Inspirati to support the formation of a new team of Senior Leaders covering a number of areas in the Midlands.

We carried out a number of exercises to broaden the understanding of individuals own personality traits, their individual drivers and differences to better understand and appreciate how these could be perceived by others and how they may adapt to differing situations to gain the most out of the professional relationships. We focused around a better understanding of emotional and effective intelligence and positive approaches towards collaborative and achieving goals.

Post learning, NHS HEE reported an immediate positive difference in approach, atmosphere and communication style with team members enabling the implementation of strategies to build a cohesive reporting structure and team framework. 

Our relationship continues with further discussions continuing for our next piece of work to undertaken with this team in early 2021
