Inspirati have worked with various organisations within Retail, including 2 leading supermarkets:

Morrisons – Executive Coaching for High Performance – Part of a Female Leadership Initiative

Sainsburys – Observational Skills Training – Team development, included situational awareness, decision making and action. The outcome was to enable Managers to measure, assess and test capabilities.  New learning was embedded into the team and the organisation.

Hotel Industry: Abode, Principal Hayley and Double Tree (list not exhaustive), the design and development of a female leadership programme for the advancement of women in hospitality.
