Due to popular demand, we have been approached by organisations regarding a mixed group programme for teams. Whilst the programme was originally female centric, we are delighted to say that we have revised the experience to bring you the opportunity below

This programme is aimed at developing the natural leadership qualities that lie within each of us, promoting self- belief and equipping your people to become leaders in both public and private sectors, thus enabling them to motivate, inspire to take their place in leading others.

Key learning

By looking at the similarities and matching the wolf pack existence to the behavioural characteristics of today’s successful businesspeople, delegates will understand how the Alpha plays a pivotal role in every pack of wolves controlling access to resources, benefitting from other pack members’ strengths and weaknesses to expertly influence situations and individuals. As leaders they are confident, socially intelligent, independent and good at turning a situation to their advantage.

Our Lite Bite programme can be delivered virtually to teams at lunch time, half day sessions or any other permutation that supports your business and your people right here and right now! This offers delegates the unique experience of translating live business and personnel issues into the paradigm of the wolf and its group social structure and then relating the learning back into the corporate environment.

The nature of leadership in itself lends to understanding wolf behaviour. Wolves have been in existence for over a million years and they have demonstrated respect and trust and work ethics within their pack. The wolves adapt to their surroundings and survive by using their skills and capabilities to manage their existence.
