Following various training interventions over the years with the NHS (from 2009 – PCT to NHS Digital), Inspirati were approached by NHS Digital to provide an inspirational, transformative leadership and change navigation programme for the Senior Leadership Team and Development Management Team, in readiness to move NHS Digital forward (a national provider of information, data and It systems – One of the largest transformational programmes nationally).

A bespoke programme was delivered to various teams to enrich, empower all people working together to co-create team alignment between key areas within the south and north of England.

Post learning: Senior teams were better equipped, demonstrating a positive mindset and the ability to support their people with leadership skills influencing team performance to support the roll out of the transformational programme and support the vision.

As a result of the Change Navigation Programme Inspirati were engaged to further the learning for Change Champions/Agents, Leaders and Managers regarding Key Messaging for all people involved in the roll out of NHS Digital project.
