Media and Film Communications

We are currently (2021) supporting Silver Mountain Productions with Coaching and Thinking Partnership solutions to refocus, refresh and reposition the thinking aligned to future and profitable opportunities.

Having engaged in the past with High Point Media Group, we were invited to meet with CEO Carey Fitzgerald and her SLT team.   Together, we co-created a strategy to support the team over a two-year period.  

High Point’s thriving Film and Television divisions (which included specialty factual and horror labels) and its production arm had branched out into UK distribution, with the launch of a new division, High Point Home Entertainment.

The rapid growth of the business meant that it was necessary to upskill individuals prepared and ready to adapt to the changes and enabled to sustain the face pace of this successful business.
