The Nursing and Midwifery Council approached Inspirati to support their people from Middle Managers to Senior Leadership Teams.  Projects and programmes delivered included how to master the dynamics of team development, decision making and transformational leadership.  

We designed a number of exercises (transformation environment relevant) within the training interventions to support growth, resilience and new thinking to embrace changes  and new teams within the organisation that underpinned individual and collective performance.

Post learning, NMC (across various teams) delegates were able to understand team strengths, consistently demonstrate the benefits of the right attitude and behaviours, bringing the very best of themselves to the workplace. By creating a focused approach delegates adopted a mindset of well-being vital to sustain performance.

This resulted in working with the Executive Team (COO and Directors) to ensure that key messaging and learning was implemented within the business.
