SUE McKENDRY – Project Manager – DRS Data Services

Pauline was brought in to design and develop a complete suite of training materials for a major project that involved training over 1,000 staff for a variety of roles. The materials she produced ranged from outlines of the complete program, to detailed lesson plans, presentations and delegate handouts. Pauline developed a brilliant brand look and feel which was complimented at the highest levels as being the best and most professional the company had ever had. The staff who went through the training consistently commented on the effectiveness of the materials, rating them highly for relevance and ease of use.

The trainers were also highly complementary saying that the way the materials were put together made delivering complex training much easier than it could have been. 

Throughout the contract Pauline was dedicated and committed to delivering a superb result, going beyond the terms of her contract to ensure that the training was a success.
