WALKING WITH WOLVES – Revisited January 2021 COACHING PROGRAMME

Written by Pauline Stewart on . Posted in News

Our Coaching Programme is aimed at developing the natural leadership qualities that lie within each of us, promoting self-belief, self-mastering and applied knowledge to support personal growth. Upgrades that motivate, inspire and equip people to take their place in leading others and the road to greater personal and professional success.

This influential Coaching Programme enables women to acquire the skills, knowledge and aptitude to provide them with the ‘edge’ to become exceptional leaders and harness the transformative powers for both professional and personal success.

The journey where women worldwide become equally represented in senior management roles in industry and commerce still continues. Whether we are convinced that the ‘glass ceiling’ (sometimes referred to as the invisible barrier to advancement) exists or not, some women are faced with barriers that they need and want to break through.
This coaching opportunity has been developed to upgrade skills with positive intention for women in any business.

Today’s climate has brought unprecedented challenges and there is no better time to focus on you and your people.

Positive perceptions of women in the workplace are critical for the future of public and private sector organisations and those of us who understand that having achieved senior management or board room status, can only Inspire other women to reach senior positions too.

The key to self- mastery, confidence, courage and great leadership is having an appreciation, understanding and knowledge around moral authority versus formal authority thus enabling women to progress.

For women facing challenges and wishing to unleash their potential, willing to learn and keep an open mind, the experience of participating in Walking with WolvesTM Revisited©, Coaching Programme can be life changing and help aspiration to great heights.

Walking with WolvesTM Revisited©, is a unique coaching model that covers a wide range of topics, including the obstacles faced by women in leadership, emotional intelligence, self- confidence, assertiveness, diversity, changing behaviour and perceptions. Walking with WolvesTM Revisited©, continues the story of our successful Alpha Female Leadership programme that ran for over 10 years.

KEY LEARNING

By looking at the similarities and matching the alpha female behaviour within a wolf pack to the behavioural characteristics of today’s successful businesswomen, coaches will understand how the alpha female plays a pivotal role in every pack of wolves. Along with the alpha male, they control access to resources, benefit from other pack members’ strengths and weaknesses, and they can expertly influence situations and individuals. As leaders they are confident, socially intelligent, independent and good at recognising opportunities and turning a situation to their advantage.

Examination of the alpha wolf’s strategies provides real food for thought about the way we can usefully assert ourselves when it matters. The wolf social group dynamics are then transferred to both the professional and personal life revolution. Alpha females recognise the benefits and understand that achievement is open to greatness and once achieved can be cascaded to others.

WHY WOLVES?

Our ten step Coaching Programme is designed to be both a memorable and impactive experience. Our message is powerful, practical and immediately applicable aligned to your vision and purpose.

The nature of leadership in itself lends to understanding wolf behaviour. Wolves have been in existence for over a million years and they have demonstrated respect and trust and work ethics within their pack. The wolves adapt to their surroundings and survive by using their skills and capabilities to manage their existence. We apply this way of thinking and working within the coaching programme to upgrade and advance women to achieve success.

Fundamental principles or natural laws create a basis of effective leadership on all levels including business, personal, family and community.

We are happy to discuss your needs for individuals, small businesses and corporates.
